Senior Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Video Editor for a creative media production company. In this role, you’ll take ownership of video production across a wide range of formats — from punchy social media content to long-form storytelling and high-impact commercial campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and clients to deliver polished, compelling work that moves the needle.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and produce video content across social media, long-form, and advertising formats
Lead projects from rough cut to final delivery, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and translate briefs into compelling visuals
Manage and organize media assets, project files, and archives
Provide mentorship and creative guidance to junior editors
Stay on top of trends in video content, formats, and platform best practices
Key Skills & Competencies:
3+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, color, and sound design
Experience editing across multiple content types: social, long-form, and commercial
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Motion graphics or VFX experience
Experience with color grading workflows
Familiarity with platform-specific specs (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, broadcast)
