ABOUT OUR BUSINESS

The HRvantage is a firm established to serve businesses with expertise in Human Resources consulting and functional process outsourcing needs.

 

It was founded in May 2020 by two HR professionals, who have postgraduate degrees specializing in Human Resources, with a vision to make human resources management knowledge accessible to all and accelerate the transfer of their expertise.

We have hands-on experience in the HR field with the support of many reputed companies in Nepal from industries such as media, internet, international non-profit, banking, and financial services, etc. With our combined work experience of over 18 years in HR processes, functions, and policies for these industries, you can trust us to deliver what works in a dynamically changing Nepalese working environment.

From early on in our careers, we have had the opportunity to work with the Board of Directors, Managing Director, CEOs, and other C-suite executives. This has helped us hone our macro-level view of operating an organization not just from an HR view only but seeing the HR unit as a part of the piece that drives the entire organization. We understand that change is not always easy. Since 2010, we’ve been helping companies of all sizes respond to industry transitions to stay competitive. RITU MANANDHAR

Founder/ Advisory

Ms. Ritu Manandhar is an HR professional with over 10 years of experience in managing and leading HR functions for various organizations of Nepal. Ms. Manandhar has a Master’s degree in HR and Marketing from AIT, Thailand. She has demonstrated her HR skills and expertise in some renowned organizations in the media, internet, fmcg and non-profit sectors of Nepal.

BHUBI BISTA

Cofounder / Consultant

Ms. Bhubi Bista is an HR professional with over 8 years of experience in leading HR functions for IT and e-payment organizations. She has a Master’s degree in HR and Project Management from KUSOM, Nepal. She has also been working as an HR consultant in a Digital Education Provider.

RUKUSHA MAHARJAN

Human Resources Associate

Ms. Rukusha Maharjan has 3 years of experience in the Research and Development sector of Biotechnology, where she developed a keen interest to learn how to manage Human Resources better for increased output and efficiency, which is why she has stepped as a Human Resources Associate to gain knowledge, experience and skills required to become a better HR professional.

RIYA MANANDHAR

Human Resources Intern

Ms. Riya Manandhar, has 8 months of hands-on

experience in Human Resources. She is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Computer Application and utilizing her free time to gain skills and knowledge in the HR domain as a Human Resources Intern.
