We are seeking a Factory In-Charge for our client, specializing in sustainable construction innovation and brick manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting factory operations, operating hydraulic machines and heavy equipment to oversee their operations at Surkhet.
Workstation: Shantichaur, Gurbakot, Surkhet
Key Responsibilities:
● Employee Management & Training: Hire, train, and supervise production employees while evaluating their performance and providing coaching.
● Production Planning & Coordination: Create work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee manufacturing activities to meet deadlines efficiently.
● Resource & Cost Management: Allocate personnel and equipment, estimate manufacturing costs, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
● Quality & Safety Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
● Process Optimization & Decision-Making: Monitor production output, audit processes, and make strategic decisions regarding staffing, scheduling, and improvements.
Qualifications:
● Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
● 3 to 5 years of experience in operating hydraulic machines, heavy equipment.
● Experience in supporting factory operations.
