We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support and guidance on corporate, employment, contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Nepalese corporate laws, practical experience in legal documentation, and the ability to provide clear, timely, and practical legal advice to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate/legal practice.
Practical knowledge of corporate documentation and company legal matters.
Strong knowledge of Nepal's Companies Act and other relevant laws & Acts.
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, etc.
Knowledge of MOA, AOA, Board Resolutions, Minutes and corporate records.
Knowledge of Labour Act, employment laws, SSF and related compliance.
Ability to provide legal advice and risk assessment to management.
Knowledge of contractual liabilities, indemnity, termination, dispute resolution and related clauses.
Ability to handle company registration, regulatory and government documentation/compliance.
Fluent in both English and Nepali, with strong legal drafting and communication skills.
Must be willing to work full-time according to the company's regular working hours and attendance requirements.
Must comply with the company's HR policies, leave policy, confidentiality requirements and other applicable company rules.
Employment will be contractual for a defined period, with renewal subject to company requirements and performance.
Must demonstrate professional ethics, confidentiality, responsiveness and practical problem-solving ability.
No conflicting professional engagement that may affect the candidate's full-time commitment to the company.
