Dear HR, How many days in a year should I provide annual leaves to my employees?

Nepal Labor Law 2074 has provisioned employees to be eligible for at least 1 day annual or home leave for every 20 days worked i.e 18 days a year.

Also, employees who work in an educational institute enjoying summer or winter vacations are not eligible for above mentioned annual leaves. But if such leaves are lesser than what the law has mandated, the 18 days a year annual leave rule will prevail.
